why do people keep bothering to come up with new skills, when they know that no new skills are ever going to be added?

Better use that time to solve problems involving current skills.

for one we dont ever actually solve a problem. we make suggestions and debate problems then anet occasionally reads our debates and might choose one of our ideas.

second, I believe the idea originally was made as a joke, but people ran with it because its fun. Take a pill have a nice day.

maybe instead of 100ft...why not this: "Enchantment Spell. Target ally is enchanted with Scorpion Heal. The next time you are 100ft apart and target ally is below 25% health, ally is teleported to your location and healed 100 health." What do you think
